Hi Folks
Recently I bought my kids a lap top. I now need to put on some anti virus software and parent controls.
Can you please suggest some good anti virus software, together with details of where it can be obtained from, and how I would go about putting on parental controls?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

new lappy have windows 7 on it? assuming "yes" is the answer..
create a secure password for the administrator account (you) and [/b]user accounts for the kids
load ms security essentials
load ms family safety on each user (kid) profile
tie the family safety to your hotmail account (make one if necessary) and set the sliders, making manual adjustments as necessary.
You then have a secure machine with the ability to see every site they attempt to visit, and to authorise or not those sites either locally (at the lappy) or remotely (at any other computer)Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0
