Hi,
I am working in Orlando over summer 2011 and I am hoping to visit Las Vegas in September.
Does anyone know the cheapest way to get from Orlando to Las Vegas?? Flights seems to be about £300 return!!
Thanks

Delta do the direct flights - they are showing at $300 (just under £200 for some random dates in Sept)0

I suggest you do a simple search on www.expedia.com to find out what options are open to you, plus one on www.southwest.com.
I did the journey a couple of years ago. Limited direct services (and most seemed to be late night "red-eyes"). I ended up flying with Delta via Atlanta.
Southwest will probably be fairly reasonably priced but I expect you will have to change planes somewhere. Southwest don't however charge to check in your baggage (1st case anyway).0 -
Okay thanks, will check them out. I have also looked at flying from Daytona beach via Atlanta which seems to be very cheap.
But I've never been to Orlando or Florida before, so have no idea how I could then get from Orlando to Daytona!♥ Blogger at Victoria's Vintage Blog ♥0 -
It's an easy drive between Orlando and Daytona. Will probably take between 1h and 1h15m.0

if jetblue fly the route you're after, then they're very cheap...another option would be to look into greyhound or Amtrak if you have the time. Would take a day or two to get there, but nice way to see the scenery, and cheaper than flying

personally i would prefer to go by air due to the distance involved.
check out expedia, skyscanner etc there are a few airport options you could try.
MCO the closest.
Daytona beach as already been said
FLL a bit of a drive from orlando but fairly straight forward so might be worth a shot if you can fly direct for decent money.
MIA further than FLL but all depends on if you mind driving?? orlando to MIA took me around 3 hours to drive last april.0
