            Some other substantive reason
Tbh they have simply chosen to do this as it avoids them dismissing you; I am afraid most employees will find their ability to do their job damaged if the media are hounding them; especially if its allegations such as this.
I am surprised they didnt just dismiss you as you are now incapable of doing your job properly due to media showing up and worrying service users.0 -
OP, I do hope you have started legal action against said newspaper for slander and defamation of character. When you take them to the cleaners, you can then do the same to the ar5e-wipe employers of yours.

            Certainly not judgemental in anyway:D
It was't. I'm trying to ascertain what was the trigger of the complaint and what its about. If its been triggered from a story about poor care, they've suspended the OP but are now giving them shifts, it puts the OP on a stronger footing.
Well thats certainly different. Its certainly not any ground to suspend you from your caring job even if it were true.jebby wrote:No Said I was a !!!!!! star lol
As has been mentioned, I think I'd be seeing a solicitor and kicking off some legal action especially as you've lost wages because of this.0 -
