hi new to site so thought would try and seek advice
am 6 months into a six year iva paying 380 a month .
at moment am living back with parents after marriage split few years back
am looking to getting married with my new partner and moving in with her later next year
how will this affect iva as new partner has 2 children do they take this into account ?
also what amount of bills will i be able to put down as expenditure do you just claim youre paying half of everything ? as partners only on minimum wage at moment gets tax credits etc but these will reduce vastly if i move in so i would have to pay more towards our rent etc to make up shortfall she loses
any advice greatly recieved

before you make any changes, you need to work out what your new incoe and outgings are going to be, you need to speak to your IP and find out under what circumstances your IVA will failHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0
