Frequent flyer Eva Airlines

Hi,
I have tried phoning Eva but have been on hold for 27 minutes so far:( so thought i would try on here.
I am looking to redeem some of my miles on flights to Bangkok in feb, have enough miles and can do it for myself and the hubbie, the problem is we have a 4 year old son and i am unable to book him with us either with miles or paying.:huh:
So do i just book ours and then phone up to do him and add him to our booking?
Any help appreciated, im hoping to get this sorted today but its taking ages.... Im still on hold :mad: I wish they would not answer and then automatically put you on hold, i would rather it just rang.
