Please help with home phone and broadband PLEASE!!!

Hi All,

I will soon be moving to an area which is not serviced by NTL. I have been with them for the past 6 years and don't who else I could get a phone line or broadband with (besides BT ofcrous).

Who could I contact for a land line?
and
Which is the cheapest provider for braodband?

Always get your land line from BT ! they have to give you access to all other providers (by law) anyone else doesn't.

If you want the cheapest broadband just look on this site for the ISP with most complaints; I'm not joking - generally with an ISP, the more you pay the better the quality of service.

On the internet bord there is a thread for primus broband .Their billing is a little differnt . But i've been with em for 3 months now for land lines and 2 mb broband with no problems . My last bill was £14.99 & the cs help desk
is an 0800 telephone number

Primus is my CPS but I turned down their offer of 2mb broadband because BT were offering an upgrade to 'up to 8mb' for the same £14.99/month price (as it turned out, my line supports 6.7mb).

I'm well satisfied with Primus Saver Option 2 though!
