New boiler keeps breaking down- oil can I get new one what's my rights.

Hi all
I hope someone can help me. Last year I replaced my boiler. The new boiler has broken down 5 times so far. The first time I had to pay a man who services boilers £70 to fix the boiler. He has been back 4 times since that. He has replaced 2 jets. And then after the cold it needed cleaned out. Now it's stopes again and I have to go out into garage to push the emergency light to get it to work it keeps knocking itself off.
I paid £1700 for a new condenser boiler and new oil tank. This was last march. I paid a further £70 to get it commissioned by a boiler service man. Since him and the plumber are in business together he charge me for coming out the first time now he doesn't charge. I'm afraid once a year is up they will wash there hands off me iv given this 9 months and this thing is still causing me problems I can't afford to spend the next 20 years paying for call out fees as this boiler let's me down so much does anyone know how I go about getting my money back or a replacement one.
I live in n Ireland. The boiler fitter was called Terence teggart and the service man us Walter Mcallister. Many thanks.
