Please help someone, I have asked for my name on the list several times, and thought I had added it but it has dissappeared. Really would like a priority code

Please help i am new to this i have been lucky to receive a priority code of a friend as mine didnt arrive she's not using hers can i use hers even though we have different last names and she is a lot older than me please can any one help Thanks vicky x x

Here's my dilemma!! Didn't receive a priority code last time around and they couldn't match my dates when I sent by post so they sent me a letter saying that I didn't need to collect tokens this time, just enclose the letter with the booking form as soon as it appeared - which was Saturday. Letter said it would be processed before the online booking and postal bookings started. Phoned today to see if we have been allocated anything and bloke said they've only just started processing them. We got a priority code as well this time - do I use that tomorrow and chance a double booking or wait to see if they allocate us a hol and risk not having one at all?? aaahhhh!!!

Not sure if any are aware but the booking site appears to be up already. Could it be time to try and guess the last word!
