I have been trying unsuccessfully to upload some converted mp3s onto Youtube. The upload completes, but I get the message "Your file has been uploaded. We are now processing the video..."
This doesn't seem to complete. I logged out of my account, as it was taking hours in the end. This morning there are error messages next to what I'd uploaded.
I've converted the files into mp4, and flv formats, so should work. I'm also trying using internet explorer  instead of Firefox just in case my addons were causing the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you ever uploaded mp3's to youtube, if so what did you do? Did it take ages to process the video part?0 -

Yes, I combine the mp3 track with a jpg file to make an mp4 file.
It only takes a few minutes to process after they're uploaded. Maybe quarter of an hour tops if they're very busy.

I've got an error message saying the content is not available in my country.
I'll do some research. Thanks.

The following might work.
It may be a good idea to put a photo with your audio with a picture and save it as an MP4 'video' ad I dont think you can have just audio.
or
Make sure you have the most upto date Total video converter.
or you could also
try a free bit of software called MPEG Streamclip. It works 100% I swear by it.
The settings and resolutions you are using may be wrong, or without realising it you may have created a file that is too big.
'Once you're happy with your final result, you'll need to save the video in a format that YouTube can accept in order to upload. Unless you're a professional video producer, we recommend that you save your videos as either QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG files - these are the most common formats and they work well within our system. We specifically recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 640x480 resolution with MP3 audio. Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your clips look better on YouTube.'
This is what Youtube says and I would use Mpeg, make it an video save it as an mp4 or QT and click away to get everything to the right size. It will defo work then.
