I also won £100 and sent package and receipt by recorded delivery over 6 weeks ago...I emailed about 2 weeks ago and got told they were behind and my letter was on its way....still no cheque though ......thought I might wait until the post is back to normal and try and email again.

Just got letter from promoters refusing my prize. According to them, you must send till receipt, claim form and COMPLETE PACKAGING - not just the part of the packaging containing winning bar-code!! However this is not clear from T + C's ( Para 5) and I am pursuing this with them as a matter of principle. SO POTENTIAL WINNERS BEWARE!!! :mad:

Oh no - I only sent the barcode as I couldn't fit the whole wrapper in the envelope!

Me to. I think they have run out of money and are trying to scam people, because I did put all of the wrapper in but got the same letter.

I got the same letter. i sent off in January and got it back after sending the receipt and the form but no wrapper so have they changed their minds? Mine is only a £5 claim and I was just going to give it up but now am tempted to email too.

I got a letter today saying they needed the packaging but when I printed out the claim form it only said I needed the receipt. I've sent loads of claims off without packaging too, only receipts... doesn't look like I'll be seeing any of my cheques

Been on phone to them , not only are they refusing to pay out any claims without barcodes as in their T &C. They also refusing ppl who play daily bascially because 1 pack = 1 play. So if you lose they say you must buy more loo roll. I argued how the hell can they Police that which they cant of course so they just guessing. I say we go to watchdog about it as a group. Its pathectic spent probably £100 on they rough bloomin loo roll and now they giving big 2 fingers
