I won £100 form Velvet and have sent it off with my receipt and packaging to the address and i have not got anything back. it has been 28 days and i am just wondering if anyone else has received their money yet.

i won 2x10 and my son 1x5 but nothing yet,i even emailed them before christmas and they told to wait because delivery is getting latte because of the weather,i dont know if thats the truth because snow or not i got all my post in time ,all my orders even the ones with royal mail came in time but emailing and asking maybe help
