some pretty tunic tops her, you can wear them with linen trousres and a pretty scarf and look very respectable!

Maxi dresses with thin cotton 3/4 length cardigan. There are tons in the shops on sale because it's no longer summer. They look good and they cover your legs. They come in different fabrics, so you could shop around. You can get these sort of cardigans anywhere really. Buy a couple online in the sales to match the maxi-dresses and hey presto!;)

As you can see, it is a bandeau so a light cardigan would cover your chest and arms.
Getting a bit carried away now!
There are plenty more on the website to have a look at
Toto, I
Don't think we're in

If you really want to buy Asian clothes then I second Rupali, as they're relatively cheap and majority of their stuff is cotton and not overly embroidered/glittery.
Having said that I've been to Egypt twice and have found it doesn’t matter what you wear, you will get hassled for a sale everywhere. That is the nature of their business, their economy relies on tourism.
PPS, I wore cropped hareems into the Mohammed Ali mosque (although it’s no longer used for prayers) and it didn’t matter one bit. As one of the posters has said, if a persons demeanour is such that they attract unwanted attention then they will attract it regardless.0
