Everytime I start my PC I get a error message saying:
blackd has encountered a problem and need to close.
Followed by the usual inform Microsoft of this error.
From a Google, blackd appears to be part of a BlackICE firewall; which I have never heard of.
As far as I can ascertain nothing is wrong with my PC.
Any ideas what this is about? do I need it? how can I get rid of the error message?

probably something in start up
Spybot has a start-up manager or you can use msconfig or this
