android isn't really ready for tablets yet, and most if not all out now will not ever be updated to more tablet versions of the OS.
I would say wait until early-ish next year when android honeycomb (3.0) comes out, that is much more tablet compatible, there are also going to be a lot of android tablets shown at CITA in a couple of weeks time, I would at least wait until what is announced then.
but something like this could be worth looking at http://www.trustedreviews.com/laptops/review/2010/09/07/First-Look--Archos-7-Internet-Tablet/p10 -
Most android Tablets are still on Android 1.6 (which is useless for most apps and games!) they tend to have slow CPU's 600Mhz
Hopefully faster ones will be out early next year which will use 2.2 or 2.3 and have 1Ghz CPU'sLaters

Is this any help http://www.archos.com/products/ta/archos_101it/index.html?country=gb&lang=en
No idea price etc.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Advent Vega is £249, but there was a 10pound code for over £200 that reduced it to £239.
If you go onto Modaco website they supply software to install google apps and flash.0
