We tend to bulk buy when we find them on offer! I think the Felix AGAIL might still be on offer in Sainsburys at the moment for £3 a box.

Thanks for that - I have been stocking up in Mr S recently :D

Switch to tins and save a fortune. Felix tins are around £7 for 12 but they are 4 times the size of those expensive pouches.

Tried them, but they're the standard food, my cats won't eat it. If Felix did AGAIL in tins I'd be very happy!

AGAIL and Oh So Meaty are brand names for pouches. Felix does tins and Whiskas does tins it's not exactly the same but it is very close and at a much cheaper price. My cat hates PAH tins refuses it completely but loves AGAIL but she will eat the Felix tins with as much passion for the AGAIL. I give her up to 4 pouches of AGAIL a day (£1.00) or just 1 tin of Felix (40p).

Go to Amazon for 48 pouches of AGAIL for £11.52 free delivery

    4 pouches a day!

Mine have half a pouch normal felix with some purina one biscuits and the same again for tea, so 1 pouch a day each. I do give some extra biscuits during the day if i'm about.

If I gave them 4 pouches a day each im sure they would be fat as houses!

Half a pouch and a splattering of biscuits for my two too, although the boy does finish off his sisters meals but that's alright as we need to watch her weight.

Thanks for the amazon tip off though, that's better than buying 4 boxes at £3 each which is the usual offer, PAH tend to go with 3 boxes for £9.

Don't forget, the biscuits are food, so you probably are feeding the equivalent of 3/4 pouches in calorific terms.

My 2 have 3/4 pouches a day each, but no dry food (cos of the one that is prone to cystitis), and the occasional crunchy treat to help clean their teeth. Neither are fat because I give them lots of exercise - although the lazier one is slightly overweight thanks to bad vet advice when she was a kitten!

    Have they tried Lidl catfood?

If not, it's worth a try. Their foil trays are 17p each! Mind you, I daren't buy anything else in case she gets a taste for it!
