Parking Ticket

Just received a parking ticket, but the road name is wrong on the ticket. Obviously it's from the council but does this mean i can wriggle out of it? :j

Comments

  • Definitely as the contravention they state never occurred. You are sure the road name is wrong?
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • 100%, so i just challenge with a letter stating i was nowhere near the road name in question on the 27th?

Try https://www.pepipoo.com for appeal points, they are the experts when dealing with penalty charge notices from councils, be prepared to scan your ticket in front and back, plus photos of where you parked and the signs around, there could be more points of appeal.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    Also remove your identifying details.
    Leave dates.
