Thankyou for the swift reply!
It says that it failed...
However,
it passed all the tests with flying colurs..
It failed on the video card even though the table in the video card had this:
Video RAM 128 MB 1.7 GB
3D Yes Yes
Hardware T&L Yes Yes
Pixel Shader version 2.0 4.0
Vertex Shader version 2.0 4.0
(First column whats required, second column, what I have)
any ideas on why its failing?
Thanks

If you haven't go it yet dl the demo & try that
http://www.filefront.com/listing/pub2/Call-of-Duty-4-Modern-Warfare (4th down)0 -
for many games, you need a lappy with either a seperate ATI, or NVidia graphics card, with it's own onboard VRAM. The Intel integrated graphics chipsets, which use slower system RAM, just don't cut it, and are often unsupported in games0
-
The simple answer is no and if you could, with that spec it'd be virtually unplayable due to the horrific graphics chipset.
Ultimately, unless you buy a gaming laptop, you're not going to be playing top end demanding 3D shooters with it.0 -
Hey everyone,
I just downloaded the demo for the game:
Call of duty 4 modern warfare, the game im talking about not to be confused with the newest modern warfare.
It worked perfectly on the highest settings, is the demo less demanding or could this mean my machine is more than capable?
Thanks

No it will be an actual level from the game.0
