Planning a trip in August 2011 to Orlando - Miami - New York Flying from manchester.
These are only FLIGHT prices.
Manchester to Orlando – One Stop Dublin – 13hrs 50mins
Aer Lingus
Depart: 08:00 (Tues 9th) – Arrive: 16:50 (9th)
Orlando to Miami – Non Stop – 1hr 4mins
Delta Airlines
Depart: 11:40 (Wed 17th) – Arrive: 12:44
Miami to New York (JFK) – Non Stop 2hr 52mins
Delta Airlines
Depart : 07.05 (Thu 25th) – Arrive: 10.00
New York (JFK) to Manchester – One Stop Dublin – 8hrs 50mins
Aer Lingus
Depart: 17:45 (Sun 28th) – Arrive: 07:30 (29th)
Flight Total = £795.08 p/p
TOTAL: £1590.16 (two people)
2 years a go I paid around £600 from manchester to Orlando, Orlando to miami and then miami to Manchester.
Are the flight operators going to absorb the VAT or will we see high prices after VAT Increase?
Can anyone offer any better sies/Airlines i can get a better price for flights from?

There is no VAT on air travel (yet!)
I think that is a fairly good price you have been quoted.
Don't forget since you last travelled the cost of aviation fuel has increased and the Government has hiked APD.

if i went 2 weeks later, could shave off £350... didnt want to go that late really.
Are Aer Lingus ok? they wont go bust will they
