No offence but do you understand Landlord/tenant law & have you been trained as a Landlord???
I completely understand your point. I am not whining abut the house! But about the condition of the house!
The mini you bought, yes you wouldn't complain that it doesn't go like a jag. But if the airon that was fitted to the car didn't work, then you would complain about it. Unless you bought the car fully knowing the airocn was broken and didn't work. And if the aircon was fixed once you went back and didn't work properly, I bet anything you would carry on going back until it was sorted0 -
£800 for rent, advance is normally month and half. Water depends on where you are and if on a water meter or not. About £40-50 per month. Gas/Electric: In summer about £50-60, in winter about £120-150. Council tax £1700 per year.0

Now another thing that has !!!!ed me off, is the way rent is paid! When I first signed the contract, I filled in the DD form and was told it will all be setup. So comes the day tha rent is due and nothing has come out. I waited a day just in case, and again nothing. I checked with my bank and said no DD is setup!
I contacted the agent in the morning to ask what is happening, and they said they would get back to me urgently. They didn't. i contacted again in the afternoon, and asked agian, and they said they would get back to me and they didn't again!
Then the xmass holidays came up and again nothing came out of my account. Emailed them to get a auto reply back saying they are closed until Jan 4th! So not to be penalised, I sent a payment to their aco!!!! that I had for the deposit, and send them an email explaining this! I am sure the LL is gonig to think it is me who has failed to pay and not the agent who is a useless ....0
