Gas Charges Rebate (N-Power)

Afternoon Everyone

I hope we're all enjoying the festive period.

I had a search before I posted this topic so I didn't waste peoples time but I've either missed an earlier post or there aren't any posts covering this issue.

N-Power wrote to me at the start of November to advise me that they would like to issue me with a rebate for gas that was supplied to me in 2007.

The letter was bascially stating that they (N-Power) hadn't been too clear on how charges were structured and they apologised advising me to log my details online and I would receive my payment as soon as possible.

I know we're going through the festive period but I called N-Power last week to chase up a bill that has been issued but not yet received and also dicussed the rebate that is due to be issued.

I'm sure those of you who are N-Power customers have already had to endure their bizarre customer procedures but it was the second time that I've spoken to them about this rebate and they never seem interested in chasing it up or giving me any information as to when I may receive it.

Has anyone else had this happen to them or has anyone received their rebate yet?

I'm sure I'm one of millions out there experiencing the same thing but just thought I'd check if anyone was going through the same thing.

Yes nPower wrote to me about the same time and I received my payment a couple of days before christmas.

Do you mind if I asked how long ago before you received your payment you were actually informed of the rebate. I got my letter at the very start of November and registered on their site straight away but still nothing.

I'm going to call again and chase it up....

Same time as you, november I can not remember whether early or late.
