Terms and conditions

1. By entering the competition, the entrant (voter) will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and instructions and be bound by them
2. Entrants can vote once, for one or all of the horses featured in Ranch Rider’s Colorado “Horse-nality of the Year” contest
3. Voting is open globally and there are no age restrictions
4. One winner, who will be chosen at random from the complete pool of voters, will receive a free 7-night ranch holiday for two adults and two children (up to 18 years) at the Lost Valley Ranch in Deckers Colorado and a year’s free subscription to PONY Magazine
5. The 7-night ranch stay at the Lost Valley Ranch must be taken between 01 July and 31 August 2011 (Sunday to Sunday). Dates subject to availability. The holiday prize includes accommodation, meals, riding and most ranch activities, transfers (from Denver) and gratuities. Excludes items bought in the ranch store, massage therapist, Orvis fly-fishing, trap shooting, and return flights
6. The Colorado “Horse-nality of the Year” and the winning voter will be announced by Ranch Rider in January 2011. The winner will be notified by email
7. Immediate dependents of Ranch Rider, Colorado Tourism, DJ Murphy Publishing, and the Lost Valley Guest Ranch, and their associated partners are not eligible to enter
8. Votes will be accepted from 07 October 2010 to 01 January 2011
9. All entrants should email the name of the horse they are voting for, along with their full name, age, daytime telephone number and email address (and parents name and email address if under 13 years) to [EMAIL="competition@ranchrider.com"]competition@ranchrider.com[/EMAIL]
