Dabs...I would love a telephone number!

Hi folks,

I bought a laptop via Dabs just over 6 months ago and it has been back to engineers twice.

The last time it was returned they said nothing was wrong although as soon as I tested it myself the fault occurred again and one of the other faults was not rectified also.

My only means of contact with Dabs has been via email so if anyone has a telephone number it would be appreciated.

Would I be within my rights to return the goods for full refund. (the laptop was bought on credit card).

Thanks

Got this from 192.com. It's not listed as Dabs.com, but has the same mailing address as on their website. May be worth a try?

Unfortunately, DABS are (in)famous for not having a telephone number for tech support and after sales service :(

You could get an RMA from DABS to reject the notebook as faulty for a refund.
If DABS don't communicate, you will lose nothing by contacting the CC company and disputing the transaction.

    Hi,

Don't know if this will help at all, but DAB's were bought by BT this year, so now fall under that umbrella (although they havn't changed the name yet) so if you don't get any joy from the phone numbers then you could try complaining to BT.
