I use this in most of vehicles vehicles also... This and Carlube 10W/40 Semi as I can this put on a van and have it delivered same day if I have no VX stuff..

The VX stuffs on offer still 4 for 3;) Under £35+vat for 20litres

Someone told me the VX oil was infact FUCHS how true that is I dont know.

I was using GM oil up to my switch to VW Synta (I changed only because I moved home and garages) and I'd also heard its praises sung to the heavens. Apparently, it is an excellent oil and I've certainly no complaints. I still buy the occasional litre to top-up the Mazda (despite its age the Honda has never needed topping-up between changes).

Synta is an excellent oil... I ran Fuchs XTR though when I had my Volkswagen as it worked out cheaper at the time..

The Vauxhall Stuff is great... No complaints but saying that I find the Carlube stuff 100% aswell

Syntas usually available on ebay at reasonable prices far cheaper than turning up at VW unless you get trade or TPS etc.
