Didn't get it finished MrsC but a good start made and DP is off to the tip soon with oodles of rubbish and recycling. I've come down to add more to it, he's only offered so he has an excuse to call at a friends house who lives that way so i am making full use. DP is wanting a new offroading car/toy and his friend is well into them hence the visit, I am trying not to encourage. Will finish the bathroom when I go for a shower. Going to do the kitchen now as I've just made a mess doing breakfast/lunch and DW etc needs doing
One day I might be more organised...........

    Afternoon all

Had internet problems this morning. Think it was my modem sulking after being moved around yesterday. So glad to be online though as I have lots of bits I want to sort out ;)

Ooooh I'm getting prepared for next christmas ***sings along to deck the halls with bows of holly tra la la la la la la la la***

Back from a walk up to Halfords to collect a more than half price reduced Autoglym set for Brother's present next Crimbo and then the PO to return a parcel but the queue was out of the door so gave that a miss for today. Then onto Wilko's and picked up some half price reduced gift boxes for next year and tags. Mr S was v.busy frull of people buying trolleys full of booze and lots of spaces on the alcohol shelves, I was looking for a bottle of dark beer to use in a casserole.

BTW can I announce (I am part of another thread over the last 2 years - cutting down/giving up alcohol DFW Diaries) I have spent 91% of the year alcohol free this year - with only 33 days drinking out of 365. Very pleased with this result and aiming for even more AFD next year! Yipee!! Celebrating this achievement with fruit juice mixes and ginger beer! Never drank every day or no where near that part but it was nice to overcome the weekend habit for 2/3/4 days that were ingrained so well over the years.

What else? Just had lunch anopther HM cured ham sandwich and HM Picallili and finished off the crisps from yesterday. Next thing is my S+S of the kitchen is washing up and wipedown and a sweep and mop of the kitchen and bathroom floors

Busy getting nowhere working the whole day through, trying to find lots of things not to do ....................

Beginning to think we may be related.... The LR floor is clear and hoovered now, but as for the rest, looking at the level of mess has overwhelmed me a bit. So...

    [STRIKE]1. Food and a coffee[/STRIKE]
    2. DW
    3. gather laundry together
    4. WM x ? and TD to follow
    5. strip and make up 2 beds
    6. sort and put away clean laundry
    7. bath

Hopefully this will get me going and I'll carry on with rehoming and decluttering.
Thanks for the mules, toots. :D

    Hello flying folks,

Had a full day out yesterday and didnt crawl in until 2.30am this morning so I was very late up this morning too.. whoops. House is a bit of a disaster area so I am staying in pjs and attacking the house then treating myself to a very hot bubbly bath later on.

I haven't read the fred as I am going to get up and do something....

Hugs, Love and Spoons to all
