Southern Electric Bill

Hi All and Merry Christmas to everyone

I am with Southern Electric for my gas and electric. I pay every three months. I have just got my bill online for my gas from Sept-Dec and it was £149. It says if I pay it straight away I get a 2.5% discount. If my maths are right does it work out a saving of around £30?

I am still waiting for my electric bill from them but to be fair to Southern Electric they told me I was on ecomeny 7 for my gas and electric and I should be on a different tariff. They installed me a new meter free of charge and instead of paying 14p per unit I now pay 8.5.

All the best to everyone
