    Your lucky you got a job interview.
    Me being Deaf apply for jobs ( on average 12/13 jobs a week) last year I got 3 replies and 2 job interviews.

    How many diplomas ( I have 7) do I need or degree do I need in order to get a job?

    I am A+ certified and still cant get a IT job

    why don't you go for it, got to be more interesting than a clerical job.. Don't let the technical nature put you off, there's a lot to learn, but everybody starts off somewhere.

    Sorry but this is really worrying (and typical of a Bureaucracy). As a former network manager (I fully owned, installed, managed and budgeted a 2000pc user system) I would not even select the OP for interview. There is a difference between providing training for someone with knowledge and taking on someone with no knowledge. What a business risk!!!

    Still, OP, if you get the job good luck.

    With some Knowledge? Ie a degree in uni or previous jobs?
    What background people should have before you take them on?
