Returning goods to Lakeland without a receipt?

Hi everyone - hope you're all having a lovely christmas/boxing day!

I searched long and hard to find an answer to this question before I posted but I apologise in advance if this has already been discussed :o

My MIL gave me a few presents from Lakeland that I just really do not want (they are all Lakeland brand). Does anyone know if I can return items to Lakeland without a receipt? I don't want to upset my MIL by letting her know I don't like her choice of presents :(

Many thanks! :)

I have found Lakeland to be great at this sort of stuff so if I were you I would ring them when they are back at work and see what they say, I have always found the staff great and they really do seem to go out of their way to help.

    Hi

You will be able to swap them for something else or a credit note to spend at a later date.

    Hope this helps
