I did try to be imaginative with my email telling them I thought the apples weren't quite the same in their pies these days, and by the way can you send me some coupons but all she told me was, our pies are the same as they have always been, and by the way, no you can't! lmao

I might email Mr Kipling and ask them if they've stopped employing French chefs to make their French Fancies as the taste has changed! I think if you make customer serivces laugh, you might have more chance of a voucher LOL
