Here is a free drug training course from Kirklees Council, I found it really informative as I'm hoping to work with young people or in social care. It takes a few hours to complete but the only thing is I could not save the certificate at the end, I think it may need to be printed off there and then so now I have to start over when my printer ink has been refilled!;

Also there is Introduction to Mental Health with certificate for completion;

I've also found SCIE course modules very useful, no certificates but great for improving your knowledge and boosting CV. You can do lots of different modules and they are in a learning log that can be printed off and put in your portfolio, CV.

I signed up for a couple of Coursera courses a while ago. All courses are completely free and I thought it was worth mentioning that all courses come with certification, making them useful for CV's etc.0

Did you sign up for courses with universities based in the UK, or with those in the US?
I was wondering whether it makes much of a difference learning with a US uni (as most of them appear to be US-based).0 -
