I bought an HPG62-b18sa from HP paid £449 plus quidco bought in Dec for christmas present for D/D on opening the l/t on the keyboard rest it has a small hole in it obviously factory damaged ,will I get a re fund or should I take replacement or can I get a better deal else where.I stayed away from refurb and the high street and this has happened so dissapointing any thoughts.Thanks.

I would be getting my money back and saving some money, particulary if it is a return to base warranty you would be waiting ages for it to be fixed
