Annuals £1.00 at Sainsburys

Went to my local Sainsburys earlier, and bought a Beano annual for £1 (no signs to say they were reduced) so I assume all annuals instore are £1 too.

the other good one for £1 annuals is WHSmith but ISTR they didn't start it until well into the new year last time

Just wanted to say thanks for this. Ordered 4 annuals (Peppa Pig, Ben 10, Top Gear & Football one). :T My eldest son wanted the Top Gear one for Xmas, but I wasn't going to pay £8 for it :eek: (not when I knew there was a chance you could get it much cheaper after Xmas!)
Should keep the Kids happy and encourage them to read.

Was in WHSmith's yesterday and they are all £1.99 instore. Still walked over to Sainsbury's though where they are only £1 including a Beano one that is exclusive to Sainsbury's with a free copy of the first ever Beano.

Just received 10 emails saying my 10 annuals are OOS but S will get them to me later - including my 2 Spongebobs.

Strange they sent cancelled orders to others, they don't have stock for me but are presumably ordering it in

I bought Disney Princess and Hungry Caterpiller instore on Monday for £1. My friend bought Dora also same price. The price shown instore was £5 each and two for £8 but go through as £1 at checkout. HTH
