What about the above then? Anyone know how it works?
I just spoke to one of my friends who had recently divorced and he had "got rid" of some assets over a year before seperating from his wife.
He said he wasn't asked about it, he had been advised that if he had done that at around the time of split or after split then there would be more risks involved.
Trouble is that any 2 judges can assess cases differently and sometimes a spouse can know more about your assets than you do:eek:0 -
