A very Merry Xmas to all . Huge apologies if my 1st post displays my obvious ignorance.Problem with laptop,help needed.
I have a 2nd hand xp media version laptop.For the first time today I tried to play a dvd (Shaun the Sheep,v good)on it but it wouldn't play,saying files needed were missing or incorrectly installed.Does this mean I have to install a plug-in or download something? I would prefer a free download if poss,is there such a thing as a safe one to fix the problem? Any advice most gratefully received.:)
