Ive got a leak in my bathroom, thats come thorugh to the lounge ceiling, and wondered if it gets worse (am currently trying to dry out the floor/ceiling), what insurance would i claim it on? (if any)
I pay ground rent/service charge to local housing association (im buying my house, but its ex council) and the cost includes buildings insurance.
I get my contents insurance through LloydsTSB (havnet checked policy yet - not at home at the moment) so not too sure if they cover it?
Any advice people?

If you leave a pipe with a hole in it, believe me, it will get worse. Get it fixed before you turn the water back on.if it gets worse0
