1. The winner will be contacted no later than seven days after winning this Promotion.
2. One winner will receive a nominated trip with World Expeditions known as the High Trails of the Canadian Rockies for two adults travelling together lasting 15 days. Please see http://www.worldexpeditions.co.uk/au/index.php?section=trips&id=25047 for a list of ground travel inclusions.
3. The winner will also receive return economy flights for two adults travelling together from London to Calgary on dates immediately prior to and following the World Expeditions trip.
4. The trip must be taken during 2011 and is restricted by the departure dates of the High Trails of the Canadian Rockies with World Expeditions. Dates of trip selected are subject to availability and must have reached the minimum number of people necessary to operate.
5. The winner must book the trip with World Expeditions by Friday 28th April 2011.
6. The winner and travelling companion must be fit enough to safely undertake the trip and will be required to sign the World Expeditions booking form and the local partner’s waiver of liability.
7. The winner is responsible for obtaining and possessing for themselves and their guest, a valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity for entire duration of trip), appropriate travel insurance (mandatory) and any visas or travel documents that may be required, and any health or other government requirements prior to departure.
8. The prize does not include travel costs to and from London airport, supplements, upgrades, meals, drinks, ground transportation not included in the World Expeditions trip or any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money) for the winner and their guest.
9. The winner will also receive up to £2,000 RRP of The North Face products to be collected by the winner from a Snow and Rock store.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
