The sale is on at Lush Birmingham - I was there this morning. I bought the large Snow Fairy shower gel, Have a Sweet Christmas gift set, 2 Gingerbread Houses Bubble bars and 2 Candy Cane Bubble bars and got it all half price.

 I posted just after mum text me and there were about 3 gift boxes there at the time she was theter.
Living cheap in central London :rotfl:

It's really unfair that they start (and end by the sound of it) the sale on boxing day. There is no public transport running so for those of us who don't have a car we don't get a look in :( I love Lush stuff and have saved my Christmas money from MIL in the hope of stocking up and getting a few bargains too but all the sale stuff will have gone and even the website is down so can't get any there either :(

I hate the fact most instore sales seem to start on Boxing Day, not just because of the transport issue, but to be perfectly honest, I'd rather not traipse around the shops the day after Christmas Day. Seems if you don't you miss out.
  • I got to Lush Windsor at about 10.40, just a few people queuing so I popped to another shop and came back at 10.50 and the shop was open when they were supposed to open at 11am. I would have stayed there if I knew they would open earlier than stated. There were a lot of gift boxes (though they went fast!) and 50% signs pointing to what was half price, which was helpful but I was annoyed seeing a few people walking around with their basket full to the brim with christmas bubble bars.. Seems a little unfair to others as no doubt they'll all just end up on ebay :( I got a gift box and a soap though..

God knows why they don't limit these things to a few per customer. Lush is a place where I imagine they rely on loyal customers, and tbh, the fact they allow people to take as much as they can shove in a basket makes me a little angry.
  • The Lush in the Metrocentre, Gateshead had loads of stock today when I went in at about 11.45, managed to get a few bargains :)
  • I went to both Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall street stores today (Glasgow)
Both in the afternoon, after 1pm and they were not busy at all, loads of stock and gifts left, Sauchiehall street still had 4 Lush Legends boxes left too!

Only went in for my Snow Fairy and Candy Cane's got a few wee extras as well, but over all i am very happy with the sale this year, think it is much better that the previous years offers!
