Fridge/freezer leaking overnight!

Merry Christmas everyone!
Right, the last couple of mornings I've come down, theres been a puddle of water coming from under the american style fridge/freezer (its an LG), from the front middle. It not a door being left open as the bleeper will sound, and its only happened the last couple of mornings, since mrsbritishboy done our Christmas shop (maybe just coincidence)
Any ideas what it may be? I opened the left hand door (freezer compartment) and there was a small amount of water in the bottom of it, so I'm guessing its coming from there somehow, any ideas?
Many thanks in advance

Check the small drain hole inside at the back near the bottom of the compartment, push a piece of flexible wire down , it could be blocked with gunge. This hole allows water from the defrost cycle to drain into the evaporation dish underneath. You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0
