It's official, I'm slow! Ebay CS is the worst!

I am very slow and I have just realised that Ebay customer service is the worst I have ever come accross.

We had cause to email CS over incorrect end times on our auctions on sunday.

We had 1 reply back saying...
"I have checked our records and found that you have successfully sold the
items 2***, 2*** and 2***. Since you have
mentioned that you wanted to revise the duration of your listings, I
will be happy to explain to you how you can revise a listing."

Not what we asked at all and replied stating this. We received another reply saying

" Unfortunately you haven't sent me enough details to investigate with on
this occasion. Please email me again with the listing number of the item
in question and I will be able to assist you further. If you are having
problems finding the item number please refer to the information below."

The items in question are on the email at least 3 times. Don't these people read the messages they get?

Then. We reported someone who stole our pictures from our website.
Ebay replied and said they have "taken appropriate action" and that

"We have found that many people are unaware that using images or text
that they have found on eBay or other sites on the Internet is against "
eBay policy."

They also suggest that
"
While there is no foolproof method to keep other members from
downloading your images and saving them, one way to discourage others
from using your images would be to use a graphic editing software to
create watermarks in your images. "

So Ebay set the rules but don't want to enforce them themselves?
Like I said at the start I am slow and amazed at the lack of CS.
Oh well at least now I live in the real world!:j
