Hi all
I'm looking at renting a one bedroomed flat in New Year.
How much do you think it would cost for utility bills including council tax?
I will be living alone
Thanks

Council tax you can look up on your councils website. Bills could be anything. Zero to £££hundred's per month. What size is it? How well insulated? Do you like to be cool or warm in winter? 24/7 heating or just an hour or two? Is the water rated or metered?:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
