Online Next Sale a big scam

Beware people, just thought I would share with you.. I placed on order online with NEXT earlier this evening to order items on sale price, when I received my order confirmation, they had charged me the full price on all items ordered, even though when you go on the website it tells you the sale price.. I rang them up but they are not willing to honour the agreement or even cancel the order, help, where do I stand.. Who can I contact about the website being an online scam!!!:mad:

I think you need to calm down! I have never known Next not to honour any faults, however are you sure it's not you that bought the items at full price hoping to get them down to sale prices? That would be the only time I would understand next refusing to alter prices, if you bought before the prices went down to sale.

I think its a bit far calling the Next sale a scam, are you sure you haven't made a mistake? FYI it doesn't start until Boxing day so I don't know why you were expecting to get sale price unless you had a VIP slot. If they won't cancel simply send the items back when you get them and you will get a full refund. Best of luck.

im bit confused just been on there myself and i can add sale items to my basket?! i thought it wasnt til boxing day but can add them to my basket at sale price? maybe this is what op means?

Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled.

Surely you must have gone wrong somewhere? Somehow I cannot believe that they would not honour the sale price shown on their website. Are you sure it wasn't full price items that you had ordered?

The sale started online at 3pm, it starts in store on boxing day/27th depending on your store.

can we ask which items u ordered ?? really dont think such abig company like nxt would brush u off like if it is there mistake am pretty sure they would rectify it

On the other thread you said that they said to call them as soon as you'd received the order- how is that refusing to honour the agreement?
