Post Office Credit Card - £1000 Refund Due Zero Balance??

Hi all,

Quick question.

Does anybody know how this works as i currently have a Balance of Zero but will possibly be getting a refund back of £1000 ( original form of payment)

    You can spend the money

    You may be able to persuade them to refund the money either by cheque or to your bank account

    I'm not fussed really as long as i can access it without any issues i just didn't think Credit Cards allowed a positive balance.

    They'll definitely put a hold on it when it arrives, just ring them and explain its a refund of an original payment, they'll check that it is, and then release the funds for you to spend on the card, or send you a cheque.

    They don't like a positive balance that YOU put there.

    They don't mind a positive balance that is the result of a refund by a retailer or similar
