Hi all,
Quick question.
Does anybody know how this works as i currently have a Balance of Zero but will possibly be getting a refund back of £1000 ( original form of payment)

You can spend the money
You may be able to persuade them to refund the money either by cheque or to your bank account0 -
They'll definitely put a hold on it when it arrives, just ring them and explain its a refund of an original payment, they'll check that it is, and then release the funds for you to spend on the card, or send you a cheque.0
