Bizarre "mypresario" error

:hello:
If you're not all too busy wrapping presents, I could use a little assistance please.
I'm using my parents' PC, and Firefox as the browser. When I am typing, as I am doing now, if I use the backspace key a new window opens with an error message:
403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /athome/international/uk/mypresario/ on this server.
The address in the newly opened tab is: http://www.compaq.com/athome/international/uk/mypresario/
It's intensely irritating! I use the backspace key all the time because I'm a sloppy typist. How can I make it stop?
Not sure how much time I'll get to look back in tonight, but if anyone has suggestions I'll be really grateful - as will my mum!
Cheers,
MBE

If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

What I don't get is why hitting the backspace key causes this tab to open. Every time! :mad:If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

I don't know about those. It's not just the backspace key either - sometimes other keys do it, and while I've been away eating my tea, it seems that 4 tabs with the same error have spontaneously opened on their own (two have opened while I've typed this paragraph).
Something's very wrong.
Got to go out now but will check back tomorrow. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
