Chemist Direct

:( Please try not to use them. Very poor service e-mailed twice about a cancelled because they couldn't fulfill a Christmas order even though it was ordered on 10th December. no reply via e-mail no joy over the phone "it's being processed" was their reply yet as soon as I open a dispute with PayPal I receive a refund.Stay way from these.

Also used them many many times without a problem. Well, the emails trying to sell me viagra are a bit annoying, but I use an email address specifically for them so it's no big issue. All orders have been delivered straight away.

I'm sorry you've had problems with them OP.

To even it out a bit more.:)
I used them only once and in spite of the items ordered being listed as in stock, and a confirmation e-mail, they weren't delivered. About a week after ordering I received an e-mail reply, to my non delivery query, advising no stock.
They had taken payment straight away for which I had to wait over a week to be refunded.

Help please - Expired / close to expiry products
I have ordered products from ChemistDirect.co.uk and have found one moisturiser is expired (2009) when i emailed the manufacturer for product info at the packaging was in french and when i checked the other products in my order I found the Nurofen I bought is close to expiry- all three packs expire at the end of Feb

They didn't display short date when I bought the Nurofen, but have now updated the website and further reduced the product and are now saying that they had displayed this. Why would I buy three packs if I knew they were all expiring FEB/11?!

As most cosmetic and body products don't have expiry dates in the uk, they could be selling quite a lot of expired product.

Never buying from these guys again. They haven't even tried to rectify the situation, they've just made excuses.
