Sorry and all that, but look half way down the email and you will see a section entitled Order status

Order status Please note that this is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your offer to purchase these items is not legally accepted until we send you an email notifying you that the items have been despatched to you.

Later on it says:

For more information on the details and status of this order, any of your other orders, visit your account at http://www.marksandspencer.com/myaccount

So..."Fingers crossed", eh?

yes it is, as i said before the new CE is the old CE of morrisons Marc Bolland, so he probably not as generous as the old one:mad:
