    I have just ordered one. Didn't want to be greedy or alert Mr T that there may be something of a glitch here. I won't hold my breath too long to see if they honour this though.:)

    The £2 that they take as security is just that, it's just reserved in order to verify your card details (direct and also groceries do this) then in a couple of days time it will drop off the system and usually on the day of despatch or on the day they are delivering your groceries for example they will take the correct amount from your card.

    Im not to sure how it works on line, but as long as you have the screen shot of it being £00.00,then if they do charge you £2, then wouldnt we be entitled to DTD (double the difference) as we would be if it was instore???.I dont shop online with Ts but ive claimed DTD in store a few times. Perhaps someone with a bit more know how would be able to inform us
