Confirmed working for USA . For those who cant get it by using that proxy in the OP, here is a couple of tips I used:

1. Make NEW account as said previously
2. Enter a random UK address and city (I chose 64 Newman Street)
3. Make sure you select UK as country
4. Enter a real or fake UK number in its format: xxxxx xxxxxx (5 digits followed by 6)
5. Send and Profit

I meant I removed the VPN part so im in the uk with virgin as my supplier
Id be interested to see how anyone else does
