I was at Brent Cross when the sale started and was very disappointed (I've been going for quite few years now). It was a good thing I had already done an online order before getting there and one then later on especially for bulkier items. There was a mini stampede, staff were doing their usual shop whilst we were waiting. Quite a bit of pushing and shoving once in! I only picked up one sale item! barely any s&g mostly the shimmer kit. the rest wasn't really worth it. lots of folk were going for the perfume sets. Managed to be in and out within 45minutes although most of that involved waiting for the tills to open whilst the queues built up around the store!!0

The 250 points voucher in the GWPs expire 25th January
The 250 points voucher in the Christmas Gift Sets expire 31st March
The £5 voucher will be (probably) valid from 29th December until Sunday 30th January
Whether you can use one, or both, of your 250 points vouchers together with the £5 discount voucher, remains to be seen. :cool: But I will be trying this tomorrow in London, at every branch that has a self service till!
Whether this works or not, be prepared for SAs on manned tills, refusing to even try!
