Go online to the website at www.itv.com during the opening times and follow instructions there to register their name and their phone number. They will then be provided with a telephone number beginning with the numbers ‘03’ which they may dial during the programme. They must then follow instructions asking them to leave their name and their phone number.

i think once you enter online you have to phone the number they gave you? That's the impression i got just watching the bit of the show about the comp but i'm a bit confused...?
