Nice family day yesterday but am really enjoying a PJ morning right now :j
Not much planned for today, bit of tidying up, bit of telly and lots of reading methinks
Feeling sooooooooooo fat though - may do the offical weigh in and start weight :eek:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Right here goes, I am declaring my starting weight as 12 stone 4lbs - this is the most I have even been
, but I am determined it is the heaviest I will ever be!
Not sure what my final target is but my 1st target is to lose a stone - and do it by the end of January  No fad diets (I've done them all) - just cutting down, eating sensibly - and I will have to exercise!
OK - signature updated, I will weigh in every Friday - please nag me/help me to stay motivated :ASometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

It's definitely all about the exercise. A person can be as skinny as a rake, but that doesnt meant they're fit & healthy; whereas a curvy girl who exercises regularly is going to have energy, a glow, be full of life & postitivity
I'm not weighing myself until next mondaybut the damned wii fit instructor smugly informed me that my body is 50
Sick of the gucky food already but it needs to be eaten so I shall make a valiant effort. I did pass a whole tin of cadburys to DD1 yesterday - I just dont, like them but the belgian biscuits are mine, all mine :rotfl:0 -
Have actually enjoyed eating 'normal' food today!Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0

Another, lazyish holiday day
But I have managed to do an exercise DVD and eat Ok (so far) so I am pleased with that :j
Have also done somw washing so not totally lazy day - and I am dressed too
Now sat down with a pile of magazines (old, diet ones to reread for inspiration) before I go to my Mum's to watch the footieSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Hurray for being dressed & having done washing & a workout, that's about the sum total of my achievements today0

Lazy moo's, my shop was mobbed again today!!!'The road to a friends house is never long'0

Am aching from yesterday's workout - I am so unfit
But still feeling positive about finally losing weight, so I will need to stick with the exercise. Have requested Amazon vouchers with my Nectar points so will order the Davina DVD when they come through
Recieved my £50 cheque from YouGov this morning :j so that can go in the bank and then straight to Barclaycard. Would be fab if I could clear it by end of Jan - a little mini target!
Today I am considering a mooch around the sales - I have £50 Top Shop voucher - but not sure whether to keep them and treat myself when I have lost my first stone???? Although I need a top for NYE as the one I was planning to wear is too tight
Also plan to eat well and do a workout, and I need some bits from the supermarket or I will end up only eating chocolateSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0
