Hmmmm tricky one,
I would be tempted to save half the voucher as a reward for when you lose a target of weight.
Surely you dont want to spend all the money on something you wont be able to wear when all slim
That is what's keeping me away from the shops, dont want to spend any money on stuff that wont fit in 3 months time ... will reward myself when target reached

Amazon vouchers arrived in my Inbox so Davina DVD has been ordered :eek: Have thought about running as so many people seem to lose weight (and enjoy it!) but not sure while the nights are still so dark - maybe a plan for Spring? Hmmmm I've often thought that running might be fun, maybe when I'm superfit I'll give it a go. Cant help thinking I'd feel so self conscious though - not exactly flat chested
